After 4 years of operating as a private commercial enterprise, the Black Women’s Arts Festival is now a member of the New Beginnings Non-Profit Incubator Program of Resources for Human Development, a large 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization. Through this fiscal sponsorship, BWAF Philly may receive tax-deductible, charitable donations.
