As you probably know a good event needs amazing volunteers and we are looking for a few great individuals to get involved with BWAF 2010. Below are some of the things we're looking for. 
 
Please contact us If you are interested and available to help with any of the following:
 
1. Production Committee: Control time management at venues, help set-up/break down for events, troubleshoot, maintain order at venues, schedule sound-checks with venues & artists, isolating sound/equipment needs for each venue, coordinate equipment sharing between artists/bands, keep artists comfortable
 
2. Transportation Committee: Transport artists, hosts, BWAF representatives, products/services/equipment, to and from events, airport, hotel, etc…
 
3. Documentation Committee: People needed for archiving various BWAF events; if you have: a digital camera, digital video camera, digital sound recorders, strong graphic design skills, great writing skills for blogging, organizing existing archival footage etc; we are looking for you. 
 
4. Marketing Committee/Street Team: Pleasant and engaging individuals willing to attend different cultural events, increase our presence throughout Philadelphia, NY, DC, MD, and NJ; fliering, word-of-mouth promotions, researching community events to build BWAF calendar, vending BWAF materials, promoting merchandise, answering questions, build our email list contacts, etc…
 
5. Hosts: Energetic, outgoing folks needed to MC events, pump up crowd, keep artists & other BWAF representatives excited, maintain calm and order throughout length of events
