We are now accepting artist submissions for BWAF 2010.

PERFORMER
BWAF features: music, theatre, dance, comedy, and other types of performance art solely presented, or fronted by black women of all ages, backgrounds, etc.
From our feature/headline acts to our community enriching open mics, BWAF creates space for artists on various levels of accomplishment, so please be encouraged to share your work with the Philadelphia arts and culture-rich community that makes up the appreciative BWAF Philly audience.

VENDOR / ADVERTISER
Do you sell a product of interest to black women, girls, and our communities?
Are you a black female merchant or crafter? Are you a black female owned and operated business who would like to do outreach to the BWAF participants, volunteers, and supporters?
We have packages available from vending on the spot to advertising on our website.
**In the past vendor fees have been between $50-75 (6-8hrs), though we haven't yet set our 2010 prices. We try to keep our fees low so that our vendors can thrive!!

BWAF is interested in enriching our own and surrounding communities through education about: health, finances, as well as arts-related matters from marketing your work to grantwriting.
If you teach yoga, want to do a workshop on hair braiding, loc twisting, beauty, arts and crafts, spirituality, or anything else that can be presented in a workshop, please view our Submission Guidelines for Workshop Presenters here.

VOLUNTEER / INTERN
BWAF is always interested in meeting future potential co-organizers and committee members. We also have small and simple tasks for the volunteer who is really busy and just wants to be a part of this very special event and growing Philadelphia institution.
